    Hub Labels is an industry leading prime label manufacturer in the North American market place. They retrofit a Gallus EM-510 10 station by 20″ flexo press from UV arc curing to SST LED curing in June of 2026. This video includes an interview with their management team including Thomas Dahbura (owner) regarding their feedback 2 months after the retrofit.

    PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

    • 1. Reducing the facility's peak demand load from 150 kW to 25 kW

    • 2. Reducing maintenance time by 75%

    • 3. Reducing annual operating costs by $45,000 (electrical savings, parts, and maintenance time)
