    Impacts of Removing Heat from Screen Printing

    Heat has been one of the inherent challenges in screen printing since the beginning. That paradigm is now a thing of the past. This video details the sources and measurement of heat and then documents how the SST LED technology produces so little heat while still providing high curing dosage. On-press examples with data and the benefits of removing heat are provided.

    PROVEN RESULTS OF REMOVING HEAT FROM FLEXO PRINTING:

    • 1. Elimination of web breaks and melting events due to heat
